Perhaps we are all from a one cell microorganism but how did we diversify into so many variations? 

Or did we just came out of creation itself? 

There are so many questions out there that remains unsolved. Perhaps life is just is. Perhaps it is us, who made the simplicity of the situation into a complicated one. 

Sleep

The most important portion of the life of any living being is sleep. 

Just a short experiment of sufficient or deprived sleep can proof the fact. Not only the quantity but also the quality will make a whole lot of difference. 

Best if sleep is made into a fixed routine. 

Sleep the same time every night and wake the same time every morning.

Sometimes we wake up and there is this song just playing in the head. 

What does it mean? 

Is it coming from a dream?

This particular song has been a long time, nothing recent. 

Is it because the yearn for love? 

Or better still, is it because love is all around? 

Whatever the reason, We should be appreciative of every good thing that comes lighting up our lives, and every challenge that comes uplifting the mind and spirit.

The mind is a simple yet complicated part of the body. It works only based in the information we decide to feed in. On the other hand, how we decide to feed the mind is based on what we are surrounded by. In the end, the decision making portion requires a lot of thinking.
