Sleep

The most important portion of the life of any living being is sleep. 

Just a short experiment of sufficient or deprived sleep can proof the fact. Not only the quantity but also the quality will make a whole lot of difference. 

Best if sleep is made into a fixed routine. 
Sleep the same time every night and wake the same time every morning.
